Initial terms

Terms of Service

Effective August 8, 2026. These initial terms describe the rules for using Master Chat and will be reviewed before public release.

Release status: Master Chat is not yet publicly released. Availability, support channels, and these terms may be refined before launch.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Master Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet applicable age, consent, device, mobile-network, and app-store requirements. If you use Master Chat for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, authentication credentials, and account activity. Provide accurate information where requested and promptly protect your account if you believe it has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or create an account through unauthorized means.

4. Acceptable use

Use Master Chat lawfully and with respect for others. You may not use the service to:

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, stalk, or abuse another person.
  • Share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or seriously harmful content.
  • Distribute malware, spam, automated abuse, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, privacy, safety, rate, or access controls.
  • Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, or interfere with the service.
  • Collect another user's information without authorization.
  • Use translation or voice features to misrepresent, impersonate, or facilitate abuse.

5. User content

You remain responsible for messages, profile information, audio, reports, and other content you submit or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content.

You authorize Master Chat and its service providers to host, transmit, process, translate, convert, and present your content only as reasonably needed to operate requested features, secure the service, enforce these terms, and meet applicable obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Translations, speech recognition, and synthesized speech may contain errors. Review generated or translated content before relying on or sharing it, especially for important, sensitive, medical, legal, financial, or emergency communication.

6. Safety, blocking, and reporting

Master Chat may provide controls to block users and report conduct. Do not misuse reporting tools or submit knowingly false reports. We may review relevant information, restrict communication, preserve necessary records, or take action to protect users and the service. Safety tools do not guarantee that all harmful conduct will be prevented.

7. Third-party services

Master Chat relies on services that may include Firebase, mobile operating systems, app stores, notification delivery, and speech or translation providers. Their availability and processing may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Service availability and changes

Features may be introduced, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. The service may experience outages, delays, provider failures, or data synchronization issues. Master Chat is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law, and is not an emergency communication service.

9. Suspension and deletion

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, material violations, or threats to users or the service. Where available, you may delete your account through in-app controls. See the Delete Account page for current public instructions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Chat makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. Automated recognition, translation, and synthesized voice outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Chat will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Master Chat develops. The current version will be posted at masterchat.pro with an updated effective date where appropriate. Continued use after an update may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.
